Which principle is more suitable, the following specific problems need to be considered according to the characteristics of the detected object and the application conditions of the sensor: the measurement range of the detected object; whether the volume of the sensor conforms to the detection environment; whether the detection mode is touch-type or right-wrong-touch-type sensor; Is it imported or made in China? We should first consider the type of sensor we choose, and then consider the other characteristics of the sensor.

2. Sensor accuracy: Sensor accuracy is a very important performance index, because it is an important link related to the detection accuracy of the entire detection system. The higher the accuracy of the sensor is, the more valuable its price is. Therefore, the accuracy of the sensor only needs to satisfy the accuracy requirements of the whole detection system, without too high selection. In this way, cheaper and simpler sensors can be selected from many sensors satisfying the same detection purpose. If the purpose of detection is qualitative analysis, the sensor with high repetition accuracy can be selected, and the sensor with high affirmative value accuracy should not be selected; if it is for quantitative analysis, it is necessary to obtain accurate detection value, then the sensor with satisfactory accuracy level should be selected for some special application occasions, and the suitable sensor can not be selected, so the sensor should be designed and manufactured by itself.
